Patrick Administration energy and environmental affairs division providing incentives in the form of financing and low interest loans to entice clean energy companies to locate  their facilities in Massachusetts. Two companies taking advantage of these incentives are Evergreen a maker of solar-power products building at Fort Devens,  and Greatpoint Energy, a Cambridge coal and natural gas that is building a pilot facility in Somerset.
